Who provides your service

Rise Public Adjusting LLC

The organization providing public adjusting services through Texarkana Public Adjuster.

Texas license number: 3356839. Our advertised service area is Texarkana, Texas, and nearby Northeast Texas communities. Texarkana crosses a state line; the Texas license shown here does not establish Arkansas authorization, and this website does not offer Arkansas claim representation.

We work for the policyholder, not the insurer. When engaged under a written agreement, our role may include inspecting reported damage, assembling documentation, reviewing estimates, and discussing the claim with the insurance company.

How we approach a claim

Facts first.
Expectations in the open.

Understand the circumstances

A residential roof claim and a commercial fire loss ask different questions. We start with what happened, what is known, and what still needs to be documented.

Explain the role

A public adjuster helps develop and present the property claim. We do not decide coverage, practice law, or promise a settlement. We explain the proposed work and fee arrangement before a representation agreement is signed.

Keep the record usable

Photographs, estimates, and correspondence are more useful when they can be connected to specific areas of damage. Our approach emphasizes a clear account of the reported loss and the basis for the requested repair scope.

Respect your decision

The free initial review is an opportunity to ask questions. It does not obligate you to hire us. You can consider the scope, costs, alternatives, and your own ability to manage the claim before deciding.

For the place you live. For the place you work.

Strong winds, hail, severe thunderstorms, and wind-driven rain can raise difficult questions about roofs, exterior materials, and interior damage. Fallen trees and storm debris can add access and documentation challenges. Water, fire, and smoke losses bring their own concerns, even without a storm.

We offer reviews for homeowners, landlords, and commercial property owners in our Texas service area. Whether your concern is a single estimate or several parts of a loss, begin with a nonsensitive overview. Legal questions, disputes over legal rights, and deadline interpretation should go to a qualified Texas attorney.
