Property claims.
Considered from your side.
Texarkana Public Adjuster supports Texas policyholders with documentation, estimate review, and claim communication under a written agreement.
01 / Residential property claims
Your home, documented with care.
A damaged house can mean decisions about repairs, belongings, temporary arrangements, and insurer paperwork at the same time. We review the reported loss and help identify the records needed to explain the affected areas. This can include houses and rental properties; the relevant policy and insured interests must be considered.
Keep room-by-room photographs, repair proposals, mitigation invoices, and written insurer communications together. Do not discard items or start unsafe inspections simply to gather evidence. Access and preservation decisions should account for safety and the policy.
Discuss this type of claim ↗02 / Commercial property claims
Protect the detail behind the disruption.
Offices, retail premises, and other commercial buildings can have damage spread across structures, equipment, stock, and tenant spaces. We help organize the property-loss record and distinguish the different questions the insurer may need answered.
Business interruption and extra-expense issues depend on the policy and the circumstances connecting the interruption to the loss. Preserve ordinary financial and operational records privately. A claimed interruption does not itself establish coverage or an amount payable.
Discuss this type of claim ↗03 / Wind and hail claims
Look beyond the first visible mark.
Strong winds and hailstorms can affect roofs, gutters, siding, windows, and outdoor equipment. Wind-driven rain may leave interior symptoms that need to be connected to the reported entry point. Fallen trees and debris may complicate access to affected areas.
Photograph visible conditions from a safe place and record when damage was discovered. Do not climb a roof or approach unstable trees or power lines. Our review considers the documented condition and estimates; no specific storm or type of damage automatically establishes insurance coverage.
Discuss this type of claim ↗04 / Water damage claims
Understand the source and the scope.
Water can affect flooring, walls, cabinetry, and concealed spaces. We review available information about the reported source, discovery, mitigation, and proposed repairs to help present a coherent account of the loss.
Keep mitigation records and distinguish observations from assumptions. A plumbing leak, wind-driven rain, and rising surface water can raise different policy questions. The cause, exclusions, conditions, and evidence all matter; this website does not determine coverage.
Discuss this type of claim ↗05 / Fire and smoke claims
Bring structure to a difficult loss.
Heat, soot, smoke, and firefighting water may affect different areas and materials. We can help organize observations, item inventories, estimates, and other supporting records for a residential or commercial property claim.
Wait for appropriate clearance before entering a damaged building. Keep receipts and existing photographs, and ask how to document items that must be removed for safety. Cleanup decisions and repair feasibility may require qualified specialists.
Discuss this type of claim ↗06 / Denied and underpaid claim reviews
Start with the written explanation.
If a decision or estimate seems inconsistent with the damage, we can review the insurer’s letter, available policy information, prior submissions, and documented repair needs. Missing context or differences in scope can then be discussed with a clearer record.
A review is not a promise that a denied claim can be reopened or that payment will increase. Available next steps and timing depend on the policy, claim facts, documents, and applicable law. Consult a qualified Texas attorney for legal questions.
